well who is is going to replace him the country is at an impasse .from source in haiti i heard the first time they were trying to gave us mr j. bernard which is unacceptable. we have deputy waisting the haitian gov money each senator were given $15.000 us to buy a car or a suv for they service some take the spent it on themselves or wives in the us to jeeps for them or paid they kids college in cash lol .again instead of having a car they are using rental car sevice which cost$150 dollars a days dat a crimes
