I WAS BORN IN THE U.S., MY PARENT 100% HAITIAN AND I WAS RAISED WITH HAITIAN PRINCIPLES AND TRADITION, AND WAS ABLE TO CORRECT MY HAITIAN FAULTS WITH MY AMERICAN LIFE STYLE.

I DON'T HAVE TO LIVE OR VISIT HAITI TO KNOW ITS PROBLEMS, MOST OF THE HAITINS WHO COME TO THE U.S. REVEAL 99% OF HAITI'S PROBLEMS.

2. HAITIANS DO NOT VALUE EACH OTHERS OPINION

3. HAITIANS DO NOT LIKE TO SEE EACH OTHER PROGRESS

THESE ARE DANGEROUS CHARACTERISTICS.

THESE CHARACTERISTICS ARE BEING PAST ON FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION AND GETS WORST EVERYTIME.

HOW CAN HAITI OVER COME THEIR CIVIL WAR?

LIKE THE U.S. SUPPORT YOUR OWN. WHEN SOMEONE IS TRYING TO BUILD SOMETHING WHETHER IT IS A DANCE OR BUSINESS ENCOURAGE THEM. LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY CAN DO IT. IF THEY NEED A SMALL CONTRIBUTION, HELP THEM EVERY CENT COUNTS.

IF YOU CAME TO THE U.S. FOR AN EDUCATION, GET IT AND USE IT IN HAITI WHERE IT IS NEEDED. FIND INVESTORS TO HELP YOU BUILD A FUTURE FOR HAITI USING THE KNOWLEDGE YOU GAINED.DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATINE REMARKS ABOUT HAITI IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO BACK TO, BECAUSE OF ITS CURRENT POLITICAL STATUS.(I KNOW WEST INDIANS AND 100% BLACK AND WHITE AMERICANS THAT LIVE IN HAITI AND WILL NOT COME BACK TO THE U.S.) DO NOT HATE ANY ONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE THAN YOU. FIND WAY TO USE HIS KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE A BETTER LIVING FOR YOURSELF. A BUSINESS MAN IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE BUSINESS.

FINALLY, THE MAJOR STEP THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN. HAITI HAS BEEN THROUGH MANY GOVERNMENTS AND SO HAS THE REST OF THE WORLD. THE PROBLEM HERE IS THERE IS A PLAGUE THAT COME FROM THE OLDER GENERATIONS AND CAN BE STOPPED, BUT NOT BY ANY HAITIAN. THE LEADER THAT HAITI IS LOOKING FOR IS A YOUNG (NOT TOO YOUNG) AND POWERFUL VOICE. ONE THAT IS NOT INFLUENCED BY FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS, ONE THAT CAN REDUCE THE POVERTY LEVEL AND CREATE JOBS, ONE THAT CAN BRING MONEY INTO THE COUNTRY, BUT THE HARDEST PAST IS TO GET THE INFECTED OLDER GENERATIONS TO COOPERATE, SUPPORT, AND BELIEVE THAT THEIR NEW LEADER WITH GUIDE THEM THROUGH THE STORM.

UNTIL THE CITIZENS OF HAITI ACCEPT AND VALUE THEIR NATIONALITY THERE WILL BE NO PEACE IN GOVERNMENT.

I PRAY FOR A BALANCED GOVERNMENT IN HAITI SOON, AND HOPE THAT ALL HAITI BLOOD NO MATTER WERE YOU WERE BORN POPULATE HAITI AND MAKE IT A NUMBER COUNTRY TO LIVE AND VISIT. I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE THE HAITIAN VACATION THAT IS AS BIG AS THE COME TO JAMAICA, BAHAMAS, AND HAWII COMMERCIALS IN THE U.S.

Lord knows that these's things are true about us haitians. That is something that can not be doubted by any. When things like that are put into dicussion it will put everything with that along with the what's being dicussed on the table. I there's anyone who is offended by this subject by any means then I believe that they fall into the catogory with the list you have made on how certian haitians act. Many people say that "Oh it's in my blood, I'am haitian". This at many times is taken as an excuse to have something to blame about the way that they act. If we all want progress we have to put or act together so that something can come out of the things that we do to better ourselves and especially Haiti. We as the youth of TODAY and not tomorrow need to do something. Many grown ups may say oh there is no hope for haiti. I knowing how my relationship with God is and the things that he can do, there is no limit. When we down and discourage ourselves due to what other think and say about us then that's where you can say that there is no hope. I've been raised to have a connection to God and taught that there is noting or no one in this world from stopping me in doing what is good. I may no have the proper means to get through in life like I want but I'm making it. I may not be a person with high intelligence but that does not stop me from educating myself and the others around me, I may not be big and famous but that does not stop me from leaving a good infulence on another. As I see it the country lacks God 99% totally. When you stand with God there's none aganist you. Remember, Union Fait La Force, the theme on our haitian flag something that was long forgotton by many. We need not dwell on the past and about the negative things that others have to say. If they cannot extend a helping hands then their opinions does not have to be put into consideration. Of course not all countries are perfect nor can haiti reach that level but we have to know where we stand before GOD and how we stand.
