In my humble opinion, I think the only person that can really tell it like it is, is those man who have been there and done it. I'm a lady I can only give a theory; for example, if something is new it feels good, fresh, douce and all the other good things. I would think its the same with "femme/homme dehors".
Like Milky wrote, if you want to feel something new and douce, be careful because its better to stick with the old and be safe than to be with a new and go down to destruction.
