Those people have a very colorful way of administrating justice. In a way they are right. The guy messed up with his neighbor's goat, so he had to be punished for it. The Islamic society in my opinion, in it's thirst for purity, tends to be strict in chatiment, very often against its own principles. Punishment seems to be the basis for Islam.
I mean, you can tell by looking at the way they are overreacting all the time. They must punish, they must burn, etc... And I am equally sure that this is against that religion which is extremely pacific in itself.
