At least Boniface
was not negotiating with criminals after two crapulous crimes that had the entire country disgusted: a young woman 20 years old shot in the vagina, breast mutilated, eyes pierced, broken arms, all that after the very poor mother struggled to pay a ransom. And a 6 year old boy kidnapped at the school gate to be found murdered a few days later.
Oh yes, I had rather have a thousand Boniface instead of a Preval and Alexis who want to negociate with those assassins and perhaps decorate them too?????
