Take your time prime minister, those 7000 Police are doing a better job with security. We need help with the borders to prevent those mercenaries from crossing over to Haiti and shoot randomly but even that can be done with the current police force.
The police approach is much better than the army approach for now. Until Haitians grow out of this morally ill phase of corruption, drug dealing etc... the country is not safe with an army. Latortue should know that and this is why I doubt that he has good intentions.
