In Regards to History, If certain secrets needs to be remain hidden .... then it is not history, it is a story that could be fabricated or implied.....
I am not saying what Titine said about haiti been boycott by american states & excluded for the Panama meeting is a fabricated or in imply story ...... I just would like to read about it and form my own opinion ...
