Saw the video on CNN - it's heart broken - a sad reality! It's too complex to even pinpoint it to the economy. Haiti gen lajan pou chanje sa, se struktu ki manke. Tout kolon social worker sa yo ki fe documan sa, poukisa yo pa met yon proje sou pie! But then again, how many of them are going to follow through with the project? Everyone is out to get theirs. I do not see the point of bringing a topic to the media's attention if there isn't a plan of action. What's the point of identifying a problem when there is no problem solving plan?
