Any of you IEEE members?
i saw an article at an IEEE meeting last year about them helping developing countries switch to alternate sources of energy rather than buying technology that industrialized countries are moving away from. There were some great ideas on there and me having some EE background I was looking foward to it but it seems like the whole thing's been dropped
