That's my point exactly. Look where we're at. Maybe if we had some of that stuff. IE planning, assessing, implementaion, evaluation we could be further. Also, if we plan to collaborate with those here in the US, if they ask for this, we are ready. We need to try something new. What can picking up a composition book and answering a couple of questions hurt?
