PERFECT HAPPINESS

The Danes taunted David Beckham that he would be back in England by Sunday (16 of June 2002 AD) and will be having his dinner with his pop star wife, Victoria. In fact, the Danes promised to send the entire English team back home on Sunday.
Even the British Press predicted that it would be a draw between England and Denmark, which will result in a penalty shootout. You could hear very loudly what they did NOT say, which was, England will lose in that penalty scenario....AS USUAL !
The English team, as you are aware, have a rather bad track record of not coming through in the World Cup. For several decades now, watching the English team play is always very disappointing, extremely frustrating, highly stressful, and predictably disasterous !
This UNPRECEDENTED victory last Saturday night in Japan when the English team scored 3 goals against the Danes in the first half was unbelievable !!!
In the past, watching the English team play, anytime, anywhere on Earth, is viciously nerve wrecking for the fans.
People always tell me that HAPPINESS is a journey not a destination. Well, the English team truly gave their fans PERFECT HAPPINESS on Saturday night, for never in history have we enjoyed watching the English team play from the 5th minute till the very end of the game.
EVERY SECOND of this journey was total BLISS; beyond our wildest dreams! So this is what it means to find closure in one's life!
