In the land of the Brave and Mighty men with feet of clay triumph deceit , lies and hypocrisy .Every political season ,the messengers of new kingdoms to be , voices filled with noisy promises , announces another day of instant gratification to unskilled citizens . It is is yet a new law of natuire cooked in the heads of angry men and women consumed with envy and the ridicule of their importance in life .

Thus ,they propose, laziness of mind and mediocrity of purpose shall replace intelligence and hard work . Such is the plight of Haiti where where men and women have come to believe that miracles from Heavens will work for the redemption of faithless followers .

First ,the Horse and then the cart . Then ,hard work and purpose ,a simple vision of today and tomorrow . Always thinking wisely never to put the cart before the horse before pulling "democracy" from the nadir of our circumstances .

Beyond this door of purpose and common sense , our behavior is but naught . Better yet , the final result will always be what thoughtful Haitians have said in their wisdom : "Pale franse met la " ( wasting time speaking french to avoid being understood ).

I surmise that you have come to this logical conclusion because the author is black , his ancestors marveled the world once by freeing the suffering members of his kinship from slavery , his mother is a "mashann" and you have no respect for either ignorance or the shallow poetry of mediocrity .Shame on you !
