Fanmi Lalavas, in communion with its historic leader, President

Jean Betrand Aristide, reiterates once more, to one and all, Fanmi

Lavalas will neither participate nor will it send anyone to participate

in these sham elections of the February 29, 2004 Coup D?etat regime.

These elections have been organized to steal the people's blood in a

way reminiscent of the red arm band gang?s election day massacre of

voters on November 29, 1987.

3 All elected officials of the 2000 elections are reinstated in

order to finish their term in office, as required by the Constitution

4 Tout moun kin nan ekzil yo va tounen lakay yo

4 Everyone forced into exile returns home

Fanmi Lavalas ap pwofite poul di Ayibobo pou pèp ayisyen an ki kontinye

avèk rezistans pasifik la pou demokrasi a ka tounen vin donnen nan peyi

Fanmi Lavalas takes this opportunity to praise the Haitian people for

their peaceful resistance to reinstate democracy in Haiti.
