Posting - How to ban a user from your thread
From now on, whoever starts a thread has the power to ban another from using that thread. Click on the username next to a post to see the option. To unban the user, do the same.
Moderators can also ban anyone from a thread. Moderators also have an additional option in Thread Tools that will show them all banned users for all threads.

This is great news. I am going to start posting my own threads so I could wait for certain people.

Can we block a specific user from reading the thread ?

Basically the thread belongs to the thread starter and if someone gets nasty in there, he can prevent that person from participating in the thread and block access, by clicking on that username and selecting the appropriate option

Ok. Je me souviens juste que j'avais eu une option de ce type à un moment : les users avec moins de X posts ne pouvaient pas voir le message, par exemple, mais je pouvais aussi bloquer à partir du nom.
Mais merci pour cette option, elle me sera surtout utile quand je recommencerai à poster !
