How to naturally increase your height
this does work, however, as some might suspect, the height change isn't necessarily permanent.
Ok, do this, measure yourself right at 6-12PM. And then in the morning (6-9AM)measure yourself again.
99% of the people will be an inch or two taller than they were the night after. It's all about decompressing the spine. However if you stop doing jumping/swimming/hanging exercises and back stretch completely, it's possible your spine will compress again.
You're not becoming a foot taller and turning into a giant. It's just a couple inches of straightening your back.
Another way to look at it, is to take off your shirt and look at your back in the mirror (or someone else's back). Stand as straight as you can. If you pay attention, your back is never actually 'straight'. while you won't straighten every bone in your back, you will achieve a height addition of an inch or two by straightening the bones.
Finally, you have to be realistic about how much height you can increase. 2-3 inches after you're done growing is pretty much the maximum.
