WHAT IS IT?

Automatic Drycleaning Valet (ADV) is the answr, it is the 24hr machine which offers you the convenience to Drop-Off & Pick-UP drycleaning anytime Day or Night. This machine DOES NOT process the drycleaning, it will just allow you to access it 24/7.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is easier than ever to use. It's even easier than an ATM machine. Swipe your credit card then follow the voice instructions. Answer the questions by pressing one of the two buttons on the display screen. The first time you use the machine fill out a registration card. Put the card in the bag with your clothes. Any type of bag, paper or plastic would be fine. If you don't have a bag the ADV machine will dispense one for you as prompted with the instructions. When you pick up your order you will receive a laundry bag with a name tag and account number attached. Use this laundry bag each time you drop items off as the bar coded bag is connected to your account. When picking up your items be sure to use the same credit card used when you signed up. This is the only way the machine will know who you are. Additional cards can be added to your account by calling your dry cleaners during business hours.

WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?

If you have special instructions for your garments (such as spots, repairs, etc.) just insert a note inside the bag to let us know. If you need to talk with us concerning your clothes leave us a daytime phone number and we will contact you before your items are processed.
