Considering I am Yoruba, Mahi, Goun, Fon, or Ibo, not French or Gaullois/Gallic.

Considering that I thereby am a man of Western African ascent (and accent).

Considering that my current patronymes are not associated with original Western Africa.

Considering that no files or archives are available on the matter on my ancestors? name.

It is hereby decided a reversal of my name into African:

Article 1:

My first name is nowadays ODOULOLA, an African name, of the Aizan language, meaning ?Tomorrow is better?.

Article 2:

My two-name last name is nowadays: JOAL-LAWAL. Joal is the name of the village where the Father of Negritude, Leopold S. Senghor was born.

Article 3:

My initials remain the same: OJL

Article 4:

My middle name is nowadays ROLIHLALHA, like Nelson Mandela?s.

May this decree be announced and distributed, by the care of myself and of my penpals.
