I am asking representatives of the (still free) Republic of Haiti to
immediately express their official response to this arrogant and
blatant attack against our nation.
We do take this outrageous article quite seriously.
We took due note of their recent psychological attacks (see
www.oas.org). We understand the message when the Vatican throws 4000 coins in the "beggar's bin". We heard the noise of Argentina's 6000... But what we are still waiting to hear is the voice of the Haitian Government telling them to shove it all up their buttocks.
