C'est maintenant la meute des loups sanguinaires aux abois qui hurle rageusement sa defaite parce qu'elle n'arrive pas cette fois -ci a devorer les moutons malgre les crimes hideux et les malversations criminelles d'un mauvais berger banni chez ses ancetres . Et , il va y rester au moins pour quatre longues annees .

La gauche anarchique et criminelle , Aristidienne et lavalasse , pousse ses derniers cris d'agonie . Les lavalassiens sont en deroute . Les laches fossoyeurs de notre humanite ont peur des longs bras de la justice , l 'etat de droit , qui les encerclent et demandent qu'ils rendent compte de leurs crimes sans nom contre le bien-etre de la societe haitienne .

Il est aussi bon de rappeler a tous les vaincus ici et ailleurs qu'il n'y a que les desesperes du culte lavalasse et ses defenseurs largement remuneres avec l'argent di pep et de la drogue qui puissent penser qu'ils seront victorieux dans l'utilisation des media contre un President populaire americain . Ils n'ont pas encore compris le sens du second mandat du President Bush .

I have enough courage to read the report . However , I am afraid that it would amount to nothing but another contrived , propaganda hoax of the pro-lavalasse news machine. It would be such a waste of time .

All the known lavalasse sympathizers and "spin doctors" who have actively or surreptitiously supported Aristide's agenda for Haiti figure on your marquee .The headline " Help stop genocide in progression in Haiti " says it all .

Haiti is no Rwanda despite our failure of will . We do not have this temperament as part of our national character even though Aristide has done his best to implant such hatred in our midst .

This sudden shout of alarm by the unrepentant supporters of the lavalasse cult is as fake as Aristides's concern for the welfare of the country he brought to the brink of civil war and suicide . And , pursuing actively known criminals is not an act of genocide .

Justice will prevail sooner than later .The noise of misinformation will not intimidate the people whose rights have been violated through the looting and burning of their material possessions , their houses of worship and the sanctity of their person by official outlaws and their hired goons .

Fortunately , the recent past is still with us . We learned the hard way how lavalasse corrupts everything in order to impose its criminal designs in the name of rights .This sound of alarm has but one justification :

Stop the law from looking for and punishing hardened criminals who are still on the payroll of a criminal cult of assassins that imposes its own laws throughout the country . Obviously ,such wishful thinking will never take hold in this moment of our life .

Why did we not hear a shout of alarm or concern about the populations of Gonaives and its surroundings ? They were - and are - held captive of hunger and disease by the innocent chimeres lavalasse ? They prevented the delivery of humanitarian food supplies to haitian citizens in dire needs .

Men , women and children were dying from hunger and thirst . Disease lurked in every corner and dirty pools of water . The stench of death was everywhwere . And , the now loud voice of lavalasse was silent .

Would the forced starvation of 250,000 people not to be considered an act of genocide ?

The Rwandan genocide did not take place in one day. It was provoked, fueled, then managed. In the end, as always, the most vulnerable in the society were the ones left on the ground while "special people" got to escape via helicopter.

?A well-armed, well-funded group in the Boston neighborhood of the Cité continually attacks the people in all its other neighborhoods. Witnesses repeatedly explained this siege as an effort to hold hostage and stifle the political voice of the poor, and to wipe out the Lavalas movement. Numerous witnesses stated the Boston gang leader, Thomas Robinson, alias ?Labanye,? receives financial, firearms, and political support from wealthy businessman and politico, Andy Apaid and businessman Reginald Boulos. Cité Soleil witnesses and police officers reported that Apaid?s support of Labanye keeps the police from arresting him.

Apaid, the leader of the Group of 184, a business-backed organization established to oppose President Aristide, told investigators that he has directed the Haitian Police not to arrest Labanye but to ?work with him.? See Apaid interview, infra; police interviews, infra?.

Numerous police officers also confirmed that Labanye is killing for Apaid (see police interviews, infra), and that they remain under orders not to arrest him. Cité Soleil residents, police officers and Cité Soleil leaders who refused Andy Apaid?s overtures to switch loyalties, stated that Apaid ?bought? Labanye with $30,000 U.S. dollars. They claim that the agreement turned Labanye away from his support for Lavalas, and that Apaid?s mission for Labanye is to destroy the Lavalas movement in Cité Soleil through violence?.

Apaid admits to having influence over Labanye, and to asking the police to protect him. Apaid denies that he is involved in violence?.

Eyewitnesses, including two men on the poster, ?Amaral? and Emmanuel Wilmer alias ?Dred Wilme,? stated that in July 2003, Andy Apaid invited several Lavalas street leaders in Cité Soleil (Amaral, Dred Wilme, Tupac, Billy, and Labanye) to a meeting. Also in attendance were Leon Charles (Chief of Police since the change in government), and a representative of the Italian Consulate. Apaid asked the young men to become the violent arm of his movement to undermine the elected government, and to crush the democracy movement in Cité Soleil. Only Labanye agreed?

One question and I believe everybody knows the answers : Who was the mighty Lord of the slums ?

Then ,who armed them ? Who gave them financial support and assured them of impunity ?

Who told them to go out and beat the heck out of students and members of the civil society ? Who told them to go on a rampage at his signal?

Who personnally welcomed them at the National Palace to show the credentials of anarchic tipepism ?

Who stacked the different agencies of law enforcement with his goons ? The Police ,in particular .

Je ne vois pas pourquoi le lavalas s'en émeut. Ce qui se passe actuellement dans les quartiers pauvres de Cité Soleil et autres n'est que les résultats de la mauvaise gestion des dirigeants lavalas, de leur incapacité voire de leur manque de volonté pour créer des conditions vivables pour ces malheureux qu'ils prétendent aujourd'hui défendre. Les lavalassiens ont la mémoire courte ou bien prennent-ils tout le monde pour des imbéciles. N'est-il pas triste aujourd'hui de constater qu'Aristide n'a pas améliorer le sort de ces pauvres gens de qui il se réclame.

Les lavalassiens semblent oublier qu'en Juillet 2004 quand Apaid et sa caravane, qui voulut faire la promotion de son nouveau contrat social à Cité Soleil, avait été attaqué par Labanyè et sa bande. Ce jour là

Qu'est-ce qu'Aristide a fait de concret pour ces gens des quartiers populaires ? Rien, même pas une latrine publique. Sous Aristide, les enfants des quartiers pauvres continuaient, comme par le passé, de brouter dans des piles de détritus pour trouver de quoi manger.

Aristide avait préféré les armer pour défendre sa cause. N'avait-on pas vu des enfants de 10 à 12 ans armés jusqu'aux dents pendant les évènements du 17 Décembre 2001. L'UNICEF , à l'époque , n'avait-il pas fait sortir une note pour protester contre cet état de fait.

Si lavalas te sousie l de Cite Soleil apre 14 zan, moun Cite Soleil pat dwe nan eta sa toujou. Kidonk nou ka konprann ke se te yon politik pou kite mass pòv yo, nan eta ke yo te ya, pou l te ka itilize yo pi bien.

En définitive, ce rapport n'est rien d'autre que de la propagande lavalassienne qui cherche à médiatiser des faits réels ou provoqués en Haïti pour s'attirer une certaine audience. Les idéologues lavalassiens pensent qu'en utilisant la même tactique post coup détat 1991, ils pourront renverser la situation en faveur du chien Aristide.

Mais 1994 n'est pas 2004. La chose Aristide est bel et bien finie, il n'est que l'ombre de lui-même et les démarches de ce genre n'y feront rien.

Et puis, est-ce la première génocide que l'humanité connaîtra. Au Rwanda, si je ne m'abuse, les forces de l'ONU étaient sur place. Ont-elles empêché que ce génocide ait eu lieu? Non. On dirait même pour les cyniques de ce monde qu'il y a des génocides qui sont une nécessité historique. Si non, comment expliquer que les leaders des pays occidentaux n'ont levé que très tardivement le petit doigt pour freiner Hitler.

Aujourd'hui marque le 60e anniversaire d'Auschwitz, on en parle, les allemands demandent pardon mais cela ne va pas réveiller les 6 millions de juifs qui ont péri dans ce camp de concentration.

Beaucoup de nègres ont péri au cours de la période marquant la traite des noirs, n'a-t-on pas entendu les français condamner les responsables de l'époque pour ce trafic inhumain et puis, et puis anyen. Moins de chien , moins de puces. La roue continuera de tourner. D'ailleurs, on dirait que les leaders du monde sont prédisposés à voir un génocide en Haïti. Pour les USA, ce serait l'idéal comme ça, le danger d'un exode massif vers Miami serait écarté.

Un bon tsunami comme celui qui vient de toucher les côtes asiatiques serait la providence qui débarrasserait Haïti des. excréments humains du genre lavalas. Y passeraient aussi technocrates et toute la kyrielle des corrupteurs, des corrompus et des politichiens véreux, patripoches et sanguinaires qui attendent l'occasion pour enfoncer encore plus le pays dans l'abîme.

Et comme ça, les parasites lavalas ne trouveraient plus d'histoires, (que je catégorise de faits divers) pour alimenter leur chronique, dont l'unique but est de flatter les bas-instincts d' imbéciles de la même espèce incapables de penser pour eux-mêmes.

Ce serait une catastrophe naturelle. Ce serait justice. Et personne ne s'en plaindrait ....sauf les lavalassiens qui accuseraient Dieu de ne pas être Lavalas.

En tout cas, qu'elle soit naturelle ou provoquée, la disparition de la face de la terre des primates sous-primaires lavalassiens est à souhaiter.

What can one respond to you but to refer once again to the report itself, just presenting the FACTS as they were observed:

"The violent repression by police and former soldiers (see Return of the Haitian Army section, infra) with the UN forces visibly acting as support for, rather than a check on the official violence, has generated desperate fear in a community that is quickly losing its young men to violent death or arbitrary arrest. In a circle of violence, police attacks frustrate non-violent demonstrations and stifle articulate peaceful leaders. In turn, the courageous exercise of constitutional rights becomes subordinated to the

fearlessness of gunmen in gangs. Anyone suspected of colluding with the police risks a violent interrogation and death.".

So, in your opinion, this genocide in progress is not only okay but it is a blessing....but ins't it because all the victims are among those folks whose lives were so devalued via the racist campaign which always precedes a well-planned genocide. 1) You dehumanize the target and give him a deragoratory collective name "Chimère"....who happen to be the children of those who were once known as "gwo soulye" "gwo dyol"...and as long as it is in their neighborhoods that the mass murders takse place....hey, its only "faits divers".

But, guess what. Some of us are truly human and we don't buy into your sick ideology. So, we will continue to worlk tirelessly to try to stop these crimes which a spoiled elite (economic political, as well as intellectual) fail to CODENM as it is unfolding in front of their very eyes, because they have allowed so much self-hatred to infiltrate the society which it was their responsibility to lead to a better path. Instead like the true irresponsible "spoiled brats" that they are, chosing to blame all the nations ills on one scapegoat after another. Once, it was Dumarsais Estimé's fault if the level of unacceptable poverty in the country was deemed such by the majority of the population....so he was deposed. Then it was Fignol.é the monster...so he was deposed .... Then they created a real monster who lasted more than 30 years in power with full support of the White American establishment - because indeed they do not care as long as Duvalier protects their interest. But, today again, instead of understanding that iAristide is no longer a player on the ground in Haiti. That it is their responsibility to fix the mess they have created with this coup - which the U.S.., France and Canada helped them achieve - not because they care about your little gang of spoiled self-described "elite"...but for their own selfish interest as usual....So, yes, instead of working like intelligent people to deserve the trust of the young men and women in Bélair, in Site Soley ... you are openly calling for his assassination. And he is the chimère?

People, Haiti's majority did not become impoverished in the last 2 years, nor in the last 10 or even 40 years. This mass of Africans have been toiling this land since their arrival in 1499. They built whatever you see standing in this country with their sweat and blood. Yet, somehow, the tiny club of priviledged few still behaves as if citizenship to this nation is theirs to assign.

Stop the scapegoat. You overthrew Aristide. the man is
