I cannot but bring an odious crime of semantics to your attention .

I agree that you are doing your best for the devil not to get you in his ...dan . You see what creole does to you ?

Good morning Mr. Vampire Slayer!

This morning I had decided to go back to what I had written on Haitiweb even when I can no longer edit. To my surprise, I found a slew of insults coming from the man that I really found to be very educated, tolerant and above all intelligent.

I am glad that I had not noticed your paragraph previous to our long conversations. It would have most likely hindered my open mind toward people with different opinions.

I wonder how you feel now about the level of insults you aimed at me wich I think was not called for? Just because of a typo, I was called names that I had to go in the dictionary to find the definitions of.

Could you bring yourself to apologized for something that was not called for?

I know this is the internet and some don't care, but I do not see it that way.

I just could not let it go.

I sincerely regret that you feel so bad about the heated exchange we had before we settled into a conversation that avoided name calling and show of individual arrogance . It is really not worth it .

I do apologize to the man with whom I had some courteous exchanges about matters of general concern to all of us haitians . However , the other man who was utterly presumptuous - and I need not quote you since you can go back and read your own texts - deserves not such a show of goodwill on my part .

To this man , and only to that man , my severe remarks stand unabated still . But , I am glad to have known the other face of Haiti .

Vampire Slayer, I feel the same way but the heated conversation was not with you it was with another poster who actually was being very insulting towards my person. I try to steer away from name calling. Manje vomi connotation in creole really means information that was already rejected based on unproven accusations and thus considered as defamation.

Your apology has been accepted. Thank you for being a bigger man than I could ever imagine. I am proud of you. I am still the same person who was being dragged in the devil?s ?den? until I realized my real purpose coming back more often in this site. Saying one is born with a silver spoon in his/her mouth really mean that one can act as if one is superior even when one rather not until confronted to be made to feel as if one were inferior.

I feel that we all have a double face and I am also proud to know the other face and real face of VampireSlayer. I am still hoping that we all can get alone as we have done even when we started on the wrong foot.

It is a pleasure and hope it stays that way. I am still hoping that we all can treat each other with the same level of respect regardless of past mistakes and political stance for the sake of our beloved country Haïti.
