cw3 ...I had it on my computer before but uninstalled it because I wasn't really using it...and you know it's funny how I re-installed it just for one day to watch a porno flick, and right now I can't seem to get myself to do it again to watch the mofo's interview....yeah I hate him that much!!

Yes I was talking about the PRO version. The free one doesn't allow you to download movies.

Has he been found guilty yet?

I stopped following up on this painfull story but it would surprise me if he has not been juged after all this time.

« Je n'ai frappé pas Ginoue au point de la tuer. Quand l'action s'était produite, j'étais dans un moment de frayeur, je n'ai pas pu savoir ce qui se passait», a déclaré Valdo Jean, jeudi matin, à la Cour d'appel de Port-au-Prince.

Voulant faire jaillir la vérité, l'un des juges de la Cour d'appel s'est référé au rapport de l'autopsie pour dire à Valdo: Qui a donné la mort à Ginoue ? Valdo répond : elle est morte à l'hôpital. Il revient à la justice de déterminer qui a tué Ginoue, a soutenu Valdo.

Je n'étais pas conscient au moment, où je frappais Ginoue, a poursuivi l'inculpé Valdo Jean. Durant les minutes de l'interrogatoire, Valdo Jean a nié avoir donné la mort à sa concubine Ginoue Mondésir. Cependant, il a souligné qu'il y a eu des scènes de violences dans la voiture avant le drame. Valdo dit avoir perdu connaissance après qu'il eut butté sur un dos d'âne. Sa tête violemment frappée l'avait mise dans un état d'inconscience pendant des heures. « C'est à mon réveil que je me suis vu entre les mains de la justice », a indiqué Valdo Jean qui répondait aux questions des avocats de la partie civile (cabinet Augustave). Le procès se poursuit la semaine prochaine.
