Desserts - Crumble aux Pommes

Préchauffez le four à 180°C (th.6)
Pelez, épépinez, et émincez les pommes.
Alignez-les dans un plat à four.
Parsemez de raisins.
Dans un saladier, mélangez les noix, la farine, le sucre et la cannelle. Incorporez le beurre.
Le tout doit former des miettes plus ou moins grosses.
Répartissez ce mélange sur les pommes, enfournez jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien doré.(environ 35 minutes).
Servez chaud avec de la glace vanille.

  • 50g de noix hachées grossièrement
  • 150g de farine
  • 140g de sucre roux
  • 1/2 cc de cannelle en poudre
  • 125g de beurre doux coupé en petits morceaux
  • glace à la vanille ou crème fouettée
  • 20g de raisins
