hi, it's probably AK-100 that you are referring to.
there is a couple of different variety of it; the most popular being the hot AK-100: it is fresh corn off the cob that you boil until really soft in cinnamon flavored water, very slightly salted, then you can use a blender to make it into a pourage, then use a strainer to seperate skin film from the rest and cook it again until it's pretty condensed then it's ready to serve. Most people mix it with fresh cow milk and off course sweeten with sugar and maybe some vanilla or red essence and it's good to go.
