KNOW WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH

DO NOT OFFEND THE WRONG PERSON

That title pretty much speaks for itself. A lot of people be acting like they are bad asses. A lot of people be acting like, they run things. But a lot of people forget to put themselves as the middle man. They forget to remember that there is someone better or worse then them.

In life you come across many different types of people. Some who will be an opponent. Some you will deem a sucker. Some that will be your victim OR some that you may become a victim to. You will need to be able to "decipher the wolves from the lambs, the foxes from the hares, and the hawks from the vultures. If you can do this, you will be fine. You will be also able to coerce anybody to do anything that you may need. But if you can't, you will constantly have a problem. You will constantly have pain. You will constantly have to regroup.

It is imperative that you recognize different types of people. Below, you will find 9 different personalities. The Basic 9. The Arrogant. The Proud. The Hopeless. The Insecure. The Suspicious. The Serpent with a Long Memory. The Plain. The Unassuming. The Unintelligent.

The Arrogant. The Proud. They are very dangerous. Their pride makes them dangerous. Anything can me them seek vengeance. They can tend to be violent. "You may say to yourself, "But I only said such-and-such...It doesn't matter." They overreact to situations. Don't waste your breath trying to explain or figure them out. They are oversensitive and overactive.

The Hopeless. The Insecure. One's ego is fragile. One must respect that. If one is felling a sense of self insecurity, or if a person feels that they are deceived or attacked that might hurt someone. They don't feel like they have something to loose. You know, they say if you strike back a rat in the corner, he will strike you. However, this hopelessly insecure person will attack you not all at once. They will take little pieces out of you. Take little jabs at you. And the reason that they do this so you don't notice, at first. They don't forget. So if you did something to someone like this, do not stay around them or they will "nibble you to death"

The Suspicious. This type of person sees what hey want to see. You can't tell them nothing and yet their eyes could be lying to them. They usually side with the worst, because they don't believe things are good. They are just unbalanced. Their suspicion however, can make them tend to turn against other people. So watch them.

The Serpent with a Long Memory. This type of individual you watch because they don't show you that they are angry with you. They plot on you and wait until they are in a position to turn the tables. They are cold blooded. They are shrewd. They are calculating. They are unaffectionate. They are the type if you injured them or harmed them, you have to crush them completely or get them out of your sight.

The Plain. The Unassuming. The Unintelligent. A person of these characteristics, are hard to deceive. They don't really take bait. Not because they see, but because they don't see it. This type of person is completely unaware. What makes him dangerous, isn't the fact that he or she isn't taking the bait, its the fact that they do not see it and in turn, you will be wasting your time, energy, resources and even your sanity in trying to deceive him. Now you can al ways test the individual by marking them. You can mark them by telling a joke, a story, if his reaction is literal, than that lets you know that that is the type of person that you are dealing with.

You must never assume that a person you are dealing is less important than you are. Sometimes people are just slow in reacting to things your may do. Do not think that their reacting to something slow is actually a thick skin. People like that, if you offend them, you have to attack their honor and pride. But watch yourself, they can tend to become violent, suddenly. Their slow to anger, but when their anger comes it comes. If you want to turn people down, it is best to do so politely and respectfully, even if you feel their request is impudent or their offer was ridiculous. Never reject them with an insult until you know them better.

Sometimes a person is so embarrassed that they quietly learned they lesson and accept the loss sometimes a person accepts humiliation. Sometimes a person reacts. Sometimes a person learns that greed is not always a "free lunch". Sometimes a person learns that greed, maybe easy money in the beginning and are brought down by their own greed. Some on the other hand don't admit that their greed cost them, they feel as though they are the victims. Innocent victims at that. People like this act as though they are crusaders for justice and honest, but that's just a smoke screen. In all actuality they are insecure. In their lives they have constantly made a fool of, they have been conned, they have must self doubt. But believe or not, they want to make right. Overcoming being embarrass is worth any price.

But lets not get it twisted, we all have insecurities, about one thing or another. If you are playing the game of power with someone who is insecure, know your mark well. Some people can be so insecure they will tolerate no offenses. Test them by playing a joke on them and see how they feed. Remember that a person who is of little importance today can be of great use and power tomorrow, and because of that, remember that people often forget an insult. Don't get into insulting people let alone insulting someone unnecessarily, just in case they come into a position that can hurt you.

When you have a mark, measure the person you are dealing with. You do not want to be blind. You do not want to offend the wrong people. Study all weakness you can find. Now their areas of pride and insecurity. Know a persons in and outs before you jump into dealing with a person. Do not rely on your instincts, in a cases like this.

Stick straight to facts. Never trust appearances. Never trust the version of what people give of themselves to you.
