Je ne pense pas qu'on ns charge suffisamment. Cependant, qu'est-ce qui est fait avec le peu qu'on en paie?

Pas grand chose et là est tout le problème ! L'argent passe dans des voitures à 15,000 $ pour des voleurs, ou alors dans des transactions avec les bandits pour acheter une trêve dans les kidnappings...
C'est désespérant !
