Topic: Of speculation and hoarding in a dveloping country.
In the United States and most of the neighboring countries of the American continent, We allow speculation in land and food that insures that some persons go hungry while others profiteer and many over-consume. In a system attempting to plan for the needs of all hoarding and speculation must be controlled. Moreover, individual choices may sometimes be adjusted in order to fulfill the community needs. In a developing country social planning is imperative to reduce inequality and combat hunger. The nutritional needs of the people must be translated in a national agricultural plan.Meetings must take place with all the farm workers and farmers at the local level to discuss the plan and the production quotas allocated to their area. Suggestions for revision or changes are made. This feedback is very important because it is the local farmers who know best what crops will grow in their area.

I have been informed by yamaha in one of his posts that The Chinese are helping us with rice culture in Haiti , I welcome this information and hope very much that our people will benefit from the Chinese experience. In China social planning is called" from the people to the people"
Mèsi anpil pou atansion tout moun kap patisipé é ki ap li segman yo ak intérê. Pétèt anpil nan nou gen plan ki pi avansé men mwen kwè ké nou tout dwé admet ké Ayiti bézwen baz pou dévlopman ka fèt tèt kalé pou émansipasion kolektiv pran pié pou pwodiksion nasional démaré. Prinsip sa yo sé prinsip dé baz pou ékilib, sé ekspérians limanité.
An nou kolé tèt ansanb pou nou séparé prinsip ak idé pou nan ka genyen yon nasion koté tout moun ap maché tèt anlè la men dan la men.
