I feel that before Haiti can become a better country, those that are governing need to have governing skills. We don't need anymore skills in makoute, or zenglendo, or chevalier de nuit, or kidnapping, or any of the other fouls and fiends that have overtaken and stained our country. Now we need to focus on reconstruction. We have many good ideas of reconstruction but if we don't start at the base and work our way up, all our work would have been in vain. I say we begin reconstructing with the GOUVERNEMENT. I say we do that by first instructing our people in the proper way to govern a country by creating a DECREE OF GOVERNMENT which states the peoples' rights with respect to

1.life, health, belief, country, race, origin, and stature.

In this decree I think we ought to give

2.the highest Respect to God first

3.then to our fellow man next [child or an adult].

Then I think we need to

4.abolish the idea of imprisoning unjustly

[those who do not meet with our standards of thinking], and be more liable toward others wants, needs, desires, and thoughts without revolting.These are but a few of what I think should be in the decree. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else could contain in the DECREE OF GOVERNMENT FOR HAITI?
