We must take the city back

But all the good souls including you fail miserably to propose any viable and immediate alternative to eradicate this new evil within our society:kidnapping.
I support the doctrine of natural justice. It works ...It works..It works..I trust popular wisdom to deal with the problem. At this very point in time, only the people of Haiti can get the job done.
No human justice system is perfect. There will be always room for mistakes. In London, one young brasilian on his way to work has been mistaken for a terrorist .He has been killed by police.
We have seen in the United States times and times and times again inocent people being jailed; it takes 4-7-12-20 years to recognize their innocence. These are the lucky ones who didn't go to the electric chair.
Haiti is no different:society has the duty to protect and defend itself at all costs. We must take the city back at all costs from the bad guys.
