1-you can have a mamogram at age 40 and then evry year

but if you are under 40 years and have breast cancer in your family or are worried about your breast talk to your doctor

2-have a clinical breast exam by your doctor or nurse at age 20 and at least every 3 years until age 40, then evry year

3-do breast self exam evry month starting by age 20
