Keep in mind those people who are bringing those two guys to justice are not Haitians (so I believe), they are foreigners who feel those guys need to be judge. They visited Haiti and put together a case against them. But, they are being sponsor by businesses and organisations in the Haitian Community. That's where I'm not clear of some things. I was hoping someone on this site know more about it.
