Que pensez-vous de cela?

J'ai juste appris qu'on a decide d'eliminer les dettes d'Haiti et de lui verser $30.000.000 chaque annee en forme de don. Mais certains de nos politiciens sont contre l'offre parce qu'ils pensent que c'est une mauvaise idee.
D'autres pays Africains ont eu la meme proposition et sont tres contents de la situation.
Que pensez vous de cette situation chers amis.

m$ 30 isn't serious money. They should accept it, right, but it's nothing at haiti's scale.

that money can be allocated to a different project each year to building the infrastructure and before you know it voila a rejuvenated Haiti.

lol si 30 millions par an suffisaient à reconstruire Haiti, ça se saurait !
Dans la période précédent le départ d'Aristide (disant de janvier à février) 15 millions de dollars US quittaient Haiti chaque semaine. Ce qui veut dire qu'ils étaient avant. Ce qui fait M$ 60 par mois. Or ces dollars n'ont pas reconstruit le pays alors qu'ils étaient là depuis un moment.
(Je parle des transactions bancaires)
