J'ai posté hier sur eMagazine un article sur une École en Haiti qui s'appelle Rocher Damas. Je suis parrain de trois élèves. ce qui veut dire que j'aide les parents de ces trois enfants à payer les livres , crayons et les frais de scolarité ...

I've never given money to organizations...or websites...hmmm does that make me a bad person? . :-| I dooon't think so!

I believe there are enough rich people in the world for that matter!..however yes, If I was rich...or had the financial means really..I'd definitely help. In fact, you know I wish someone would donate to me so I'd pay off my student loans!!!!

As for the websites..I don't trust 'em. I appreciate their efforts and all....hell

they do deserve the support!!! but I dunno...personally, I don't trust 'em !! also to tell ya the truth..if I do it, it'd be for show off ( just to have my donate banner) hahah!! lol well I donate my time and effort by being on their websites on a regular basis...that should help!

I've stopped giving my money to the poor on the streets...because I've noticed that most of them spend it on alcohol and cigarettes..all they do is DRINK...so why should I even bother?

I could help the homeless..less fortunate out there...especially those in Haiti.....but I don't have a fairly large amount of money to donate..so ugh maybe in the future!!

In the meantime, I'll pray for them!

We need prayer and action. I don?t think your way is the best way to approach donation. One thing you mentioned is that you would donate just to show off. If that?s the case don?t do it at all.

When will we ever have enough? Look around you; they will always be someone richer, always be someone poorer than you are. You wouldn?t know you?re down to earth if they weren?t open minded people to interact with. And so you wouldn?t know that you are compassionate if they weren?t people in need for you to reach out to.

As far as the homeless buying alcohol with the money they are given, I think that?s their choice. I look at it this way, if someone where to give me money, I am free to do whatever I want with it?whether it be constructive or destructive - it?s my money. If I have the money and someone is asking, I give it, it?s between that person and their conscience.

Does anyone else donate? Is anyone a registered organ donor?

Where in my post did you read that I was ?vante? myself? Or better yet, where did you read that I ask how much you have donated or even to which specific organization? If you can point that out to me, then we can have a debate. If not, then lets just leave it at that. I am not seeking any earthly crown for my reward is to give glory to God.
