news

According to the Federation and Dadou ... two major players in the U17 team where suspended for the game because they got Red Carded in the Carribean U-17 Final tournament .
That was the game Haiti U17 play against Mexico U17 and lost 2-1. Two players on the game got red carded and they needed to serve they're suspension.
and Yesterday game against Honduras was the first game that they could serve the suspension and sat out the game.

My question for the Federation & Dadou ...
Did we not know that these two players would be suspended for the game and not prepare the team to play without them ...
Come on ..

Well Bana , according to the rules , if you got red carded or acculmuled two yellow cards as of your last day of any fifa official tournaments the next time you have to represent your country in any events you won't be able to play , but like you said it is not an excuse ..i personally don't think that was a bad result , we should have won it because mexico will be a hard team and Salvador don't look good for us either.

Honduras is at home so yesterday's result was a very good one for Haiti. The main thing is that we are all equal now. Yes, a victory would have been the best thing, but a defeat could have been deadly. Last time we played Mexico, they won 2-1 with Haiti playing 2 players down. The team is confident they can beat Mexico so show some confidence in our boys!
GO HAITI!!!

Last time Mexico beat us 3:0 not 2:1;
The goals were scored after two players got sent off, late in the game. 1st half ended 0:0!
Mexico has a very good team, they are the favorite to win the group. They won the last World Cup U-17. This game could go either way because we have a very good team but the game will be very tough.

But Kapwa ...
Wouldnt it had been smart of the federation to include those two players U17 players red carded in National team roster in Digicel Tournament in Trinidad (January) or FIFA Friendly ...
That way the U17 players would have served there suspension and be available for the U17 April tournament in Honduras ....
Basically paper Formality ... Have them serve the suspension on the National team bench and clear the spot for those two players to play in U17 Tournament ..
Would that have been smart of the Federation .. ..
