LAW 1
Never Outshine The Master
Always make those about you feel comfortably superior. In your desire to please and impress them, do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite-inspire fear and insecurity. Make your Masters appear more brilliant than they are and you will attain the heights of power.
To proud or arrogant man never wants to be outshine, especially by someone they deemed not to be an equivalent. Sometimes when you think you are demonstrating loyalty and devotion having done something in good taste, you popularity may become a problem of vanity for another.
Sometimes you have to figure out other ways to do things. Sometimes gives and passing of recognition will not get you what truly need. A times gifts provides a constant insecurity and dependence that cash does not allow for.
Individuals who deem themselves masters see themselves above all people, regardless of trade or skill. At the end of the day all they care about is their name, glory and ego. They do not even care about the ultimate truth if it doesn't revolve about them. Do not let your intelligence, notarity, skills breed an insecure in the master because usually masters want to be the only provider. The only source. Remember a producer is always more powerful than the financeier. Once a money maker, always a money maker. If you made it once, you can make it again if they take all materialism from you. Knowledge is power. The one thing can't nobody take from you is what you know. They can take everything else, and you can get that back.

Everyone at one point and time has insecurities. Being you, can cause insecurity or security in others. Being you can stir up all kinds of resentment, and envy in others. You can't spend your life worried about others opinion because you can not please everybody. So please yourself wisely. When you commit an act, one will be please with the action, one will be displeased by the action, thus you can not win for loosing. So please yourself. Do what you do in a way that you can sleep peacefully and look at yourself in the mirror.
When it comes to power outshining the master is the worst you can do. Unlike in power, putting out 100% would get you more than in the quest for in the quest of power putting 100 percent can get you killed. Those in position like to feel superior to those round them in intelligence, wit, looks, and charm so if you display 100 percent you may find yourself replace with some petty excuse.
Comfort zone and security are two different realms. Later to define comfort zone and security.
Just being you can outshine a master. Watch yourself. Even though staying true to yourself you will fall victim to no one else, it can cause you, YOU.
Don't make assumptions in thinking because you and the master are good, that you are good. Never take anything for granted. Your status. Your connections. Thinks that you are privy to. Do not forget or take advantage of your place, position or what you have been given.

The avoid the dangers of outshining the master are as follows. Flatter him. Strike his ego. But don't be too direct or obvious. Be discreet. Act naive sometimes not intelligent. Make him think you need him for some things. Let the master think his or she is doing something. Do not let your ideas seem more creative than the master. Re enforce to the master that you echo his advice. Remember there is a time to be funny, but do not let others seem cold. If your social and generous but don't steal the lime light because he must always be the enter of attention. Your demonstrating weakness is not a show of weakness, it is what will lead you to power in the end. For letting others outshine you you remain in control and not a victim of their insecure wrath.

You are not going to please everyone. Don't try. If your master is about to lose realm anyway take your chance. Out shine. If he is falling and weak then let him go down on his own. Let things take their course. What comes around goes around. Who you or they saw on their way up, you will coming back down. And so did they go to bed a rich man and wake up a poor one. (48 Laws 1)
