LAW 8
MAKE OTHER PEOPLE COME TO YOU - USE BAIT IF NECESSARY
When I have laid bait for deer, I don'‘t shoot at the first doe that come to sniff, but wait until the whole herd has gathered round. Otto von Bismarck 1815-1898
Sometimes in life you get one shot to do things. At times, aggressive moves, bold moves bring power. However, after awhile power can reach a peak and things can turn against you. When one is aggressive or does aggressive moves, one tends to create enemies and those enemies get together against you. Not knowing at times which way to turn, or you ,you may not be able to fight, mentally, emotionally or physically. You get tired. And you want to know why, you were never in "full control", you couldn't see more than two to three moves ahead. You were constantly being forced to react to the moves of your "ever growing host of enemies". So ultimately, they were in control.

In the quest for power, you must ask yourself, "What is the point of trying to solve problems and defeat your enemies and never feel in control? Why do you have to react to events instead of directing them?" The purpose of power is get others to move to your move. The purpose to power is to keep others on the defensive. You are suppose to always be in control. In order for you to work on control you must learn to control and master your emotions. Especially emotions such as anger, and love. "You must play on people's natural tendency to react angrily when pushed and baited. You have to try and not get "tensed, exhausted or overworked".
When negotiating or conducting meetings, try to be on your own territory or a neutral territory of choice. Keep in mind, "manipulation is a dangerous game." If someone was manipulating you, would you let them? Or would you take control and try and turn the tables.
There are laws but there are no rules. It's not the rules of the game that is important, it's knowing your opponent. Once you know your opponent, you will learn what type of bait your need to use to lure them. Use the wrong bait, you will catch no fish. Use the right bait, they will be attracted to it, lured to it, lust for it, and be led around by you and they will jump on and hook themselves.
Pressure. Powerful tool. Under pressure, some people make errors in judgement. They make irrational decisions and are on the defensive. This works depending on the situation. The element of speed can "intimidate and control" Use speed if, time is against you, your enemies are weak, and waiting would give them a chance to recover. Give them no chances. Strike quick, hit hard and eventually they will have no where to go.
