Ambrosia's point is very simple. They are so busy stashing the public funds in their pockets that the health care system for the entire country could have been improved instead.
And they are so busy doing their propaganda about their accomplishment in the healthcare that they should have abide to what they are FORCING into people's throat.
In other simple worlds, stop the lies about having done greatness in the country when you have to run away for your own health. What's the matter? You don't believe in your deeds?

At least Boniface was not negotiating with criminals after two crapulous crimes that had the entire country disgusted: a young woman 20 years old shot in the vagina, breast mutilated, eyes pierced, broken arms, all that after the very poor mother struggled to pay a ransom. And a 6 year old boy kidnapped at the school gate to be found murdered a few days later.
