Like you said tilezanj the government knows who the kidnappers are, and only them. Mind you, please be aware that they (the government) are not part of the fighting forces they just gave their blessings.

Thats the problem with our culture (Haitian) .. You can never agree to disagree about any issue without someone or something labeling a Lavalassien or Convergeance ...

If the government while giving their blessings did not provide a list of names and addresses they are as guilty and should equally respond for those killings.
One man was doing a good job and for some strange reasons they set a trap around him to get rid of him but not to charge him if he was really guilty, that man I was told, Michael Lycius, was doing an excellent job.
From that I blame the government. And it becomes very obvious that one Man, Alexis, got rid of a menace to his chimeres.
To bring it back on subject, you will see that which occured, will have not accomplished any drastic changes once they pull out. And expect uglier things soon to come. There is a power struggle down there and there is also a survival problem.
The chimeres are a well organized political tool.
