I did check your site out. It looks good for a beginning. Tell Natalia to smile next time. It's not serious. I like the fact that you guys seem to be very aware of the costumer service issues in Haitian bussinesses. You said that you "Place strong emphasis on customer relationship management." I'll keep you to that.
