news NBC TV Show "HEROES" with a Haitian plot line (Actor Jimmy Jean-Louis)

TV Guide has already seen the holiday finale for Heroes, "Fallout", and has given the episode 4.5 stars! Though NBC has promised one of the biggest twists yet, it has also been suggested that they leave us hanging on multiple plot lines.
It is the holidays, how could they be so cruel!
Heroes Holiday Finale, "Fallout"
TV Guide has posted their synopsis of "Fallout", the last episode of Heroes until January 22nd. Can I get a heroic "boo"?
The heroes struggle to come to terms with the Texas tragedy; more is learned about the nuclear bombing predicted in Isaac's painting; Matt and Audrey (Clea DuVall) pursue a new lead in their hunt for Sylar; Niki makes a difficult decision, which will allow her to keep her family safe. Sandra Bennett: Ashley Crow. Zach: Thomas Dekker. The Haitian: Jimmy Jean-Louis. Ando: James Kyson Lee.
Herc over at AICN has also had the pleasure of watching the latest installment of Heroes and has already posted some spoilerific details on the episode.
Why are Matt and Audrey still pursuing Sylar? Wasn?t he captured two episodes ago?
He was, by Jack, Eden and the Haitian. But apparently the trio don?t work for anybody who?s talking to the FBI.
Work for? Jack Bennet?s not the man in charge?
He?s reporting to ? somebody. He participates in a phone call early on telling him he is not permitted to destroy the captive Sylar.
Herc also goes on to mention that Ali Larter's character, Jessica/Niki, continues to waste precious minutes on the show. Can we at least see her in her underwear again?
That would be nice.
Heroes airs at 9PM on Monday nights on NBC.

Dish Of Salt: The 'Heroes' Finale (December 4, 2006)
TV aficionados and couch potatoes alike may have noticed this year that all of sudden a new term has been coined in Television. It's called the "Fall Finale." Kudos to whoever first came up with the idea. It's a brilliant marketing plan. It's much better than telling viewers 'sorry fans but we'll be airing repeats from now through the holidays since viewership levels typically go down this time of year.'
Fall finale just sounds sexier. It leads you to believe there is something worth waiting to tune into when the show returns. The only question is what took so long for some promo wiz to come up with the idea? I guess it took the advent of the mysterious, don't know what's happening next or whom to trust, serialized drama (that's become the TV world's most popular and most copied genre of late). It started with "Lost" when ABC decided to only air eight episodes at the start of the season, then replace it with "Daybreak" and return in February with consecutive episodes, no repeats. "Prison Break" and "Jericho" copied the idea and now "Heroes" has followed suit.
As part of their fall finale, "Heroes", has been promoting that someone will die in tonight's episode. I've seen the episode and it's a good one. SPOILER ALERT. Stop reading if you don't want to know. It promises to keep fans counting the days 'til it returns seven weeks from now. It answers some questions but mostly leaves you with more questions.
Sendhil Ramamurthy, who plays Mohinder Suresh, explains "That was a decision I think the writers had made. They kind of made a pact that they would always kind of give the audience answers. They weren't just going to keep drawing things out. So every episode they will give you some answers then of course open up thirty more questions."
I won't give away which character gets the axe except to say it involves Sylar and it's brilliant. You are lead to believe early on that someone else may go, then questioning if another character will survive at the end. Greg Grunberg, who plays telekinetic cop Matt Parkman, tells us of the episode, "There is a huge cliffhanger. Monster, monster cliffhanger and, by the way, we have set the audience up to know that someone is going to die and then it's not as clear cut as you would think. It's so good."
I wasn't quite sure, when I saw last week's episode, that the casting of the actor who plays Sylar was right. Mostly it was because the last part I'd seen him play was as Tori Spelling's gay bff on "So Notorious." I kept connecting him to that. In tonight's episode all doubts about his casting go away. You'll see just how dark Sylar is. Plus, the actor who plays him, Zachary Quinto, is from my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. So, he gets extra points for that in my book.
It looks like some of the folks working with Horn Rimmed Glasses will begin to turn against him. Jack Coleman who plays H.R.G. jokes, "There is a very high turnover in my line of business."
The Haitian will speak his first words tonight and we'll find that H.R.G. may not be calling all the shots. He answers to someone higher up. Doesn't everyone?
What's great about the cast is that they are not just actors playing their part. They are all true fans of the show. As expected on a show like this the details of upcoming episodes are kept secret even to them. A little digging only gets you comments like this one from Adrian Pasdar who plays the flying congressional hopeful, Nathan Petrelli, "I could tell you but then I'd have to kill you and eat your brains."
The truth is the cast doesn't know that much detail. They get their scripts for whatever episode they are shooting only 2-3 days beforehand. Hayden Panettiere, the cheerleader who spontaneously heals told us, "When we originally did it, each of us has numbers, separate numbers that they wrote on every page of our script so that if we ever photocopied it they could tell who photocopied it. We still have to bring our scripts shredded. It's come to the point where I have started reading just my stuff because the truth is my character doesn't know what anyone else is doing. She doesn't know that all these people have these powers. So I love sitting down on Monday nights and going, 'Oh I get it.' "
The only real dirt we were able to get out of anyone was Masi Oka, whose Hiro Nakamura has really become the breakout character and star of the show, "Hiro has always had the master of freezing time but I think teleportation he still has problems with and time travel. It's going to continue for awhile and then we'll find out that he needs a certain magical item to kind of help him get back focus."
That certain magical item? His sword.
