According too TMZ Yes, it's true, D-Rod is going to Haiti -- one of the countries the U.S. State Dept. has issued a travel warning for -- to talk to the kids in some of the country's poorest neighborhoods, and will "share words of guidance and direction." What, no tattoo advice?
