Well , it is right that we " have " to be ashamed - not "ought to "-that WE HAITIANS are still paying foreign lobbyists with much needed haitian money to revive the dreams of corruption and infamy of a criminal political cult . Why did he not use the money to help the desperate poor out of absolute poverty ? They were his political "clientele" , were they not ?

Once in exile , the scoundrels always discover the patriotism and dreams that were lacking in their heart and mind during their passage at the helm of government .
