For the Gold Cup,

12 teams, 4 groups of 3:

Canada

Mexico

USA

Those 3 teams will probably be seeded in a group so they don't play each other in the 1st round.

Then:

Haiti Champion

Trinidad & Tobago

Cuba

Guadeloupe

Then from 8-18 February in El Salvador we will get 5 teams from Central America.

The question is which team will get the 4th seed? The top Caribbean team, Haiti, or the top Central American team. The 4 caribbean teams will each go to a group, I'm sure, and the top two teams will advance to a 1/4 final. We reached the 1/4 final before with coach Jorge Castelli and lost in extra time against Costa Rica. If Haiti Has additional help from all foreign based players: Jean-Jacques Pierre, Fabrice Noel, Jean-Phillipe Peguero, Stephane Guillaume, Josue Mayard, I'm certain that coach Garcia will help us build a strong team for the Gold Cup.

Gold Cup scheduled from 6-24 June 2007 in six venues across the USA.

They will do the drawings after the 5 Central American teams are known.

To tell you the truth Pano , Haiti will not get the 4th seed , beacus eof El Salvador and Costa Rica which are better teams then our team , as long as they are concerned even if Trinidad won they wouldn't be the 4 th seed .I know for a fact we will be in the 1/4 final , with more teams from the caribean and central america , it will be difficult for USA ,CANADA ,MEXICO TO WIN THIS THING AGAIN , mark my word , every body will get their measure , if we play them all the time then we are not afraid again , we become more confident etc.GOLD CUP WILL GENERATE BIG SuRprise this year MARK MY WORD

You are probably right,

Hopefully as Caribbean Champions we'll end up with the group headed by the Top central american group.
