Aigle Noir has an excuse!

Aigle Noir forfeited the CONCACAF Champion's Cup Qualifiers because they were deep in relegation territory and they are still within reach of relegation. I was upset when they pulled out but I now understand that they must focus on staying in the Premiere Division.
