The final round will be played in Trinidad & Tobago from may 5-12. The top two teams (Plus Canada as a host) out of the 8 teams will proceed to the Girls Under 19 World Championship in Canada. Where 12 teams will battle for the Gold:

Conmebol: 1 berth
CAF (Conf. Africaine de Foot.): 1 berth

Haiti, Trinidad and Jamaica have equal chances to capture the second place berth behind the United States. Canada will play in the Federation championship as a guest since they allready qualified as host of the tournement.
