Regarding Angegardien's remark on TiCam's Joke
Since the thread was deleted I thought I'll answer you here in this section.
I do not view the joke as a cheap shot. Looking at Ticam's position, its very hard for the haitian men to accept a woman's point of view on sport in general, it is an unnatural challenge for the "men" incompatible for the women's fragile "spirit".
She had made a lot of effort to understand and become wordy, knowledgable about a game that she was very ignorant about.
She is crashing the "all boys' club" and they are not happy about it, you can tell by not receiving any positive comments on her post or from yesterday's one member's shouting about (sending her to) her women section. That, was a cheap shot.
We need to address individual, structural and cultural barriers to gender equity on women in sport on Haitiwebs.com.
