| | Editor | | | | The local players will play their best game tomorrow, there's a lot of overseas competition and they must show what they have. They must play as a team and show 90 minutes of concentration or it could be their last game for the National Team.
I'll start looking for the game later today. If anybody find a link please post here, I'll do the same.

| | | TIGA | As far as i am concerned, and this is strickly my OWN OPINION, Tiga(Jn Sony Alcenat)is the only local player Wagneau Eloi should consider for the national team. I went to Miami last year and watch the Gold cup, he was the only one that impressed me. He has the vision, the change of speed, he can drible. Most Haitians football players don't change their speed, that's why we always play vertically. As a soccer coach, i would advised Eloi to forget about Brunei Pierre Richard, this guy is too old and his reactions are very slow. He has done a lot for our Football and we are all greateful for all his accomplishments, but i think it's time for Brunei to step down. To those who have watched the gold cup, he was a big disappointment. We need to let Pierre Jean Jacques command the defense. One other suggestion: Eloi can have two teams: one local players and the other foreign players. The local players can play the local games in Port au Prince and the foreign players will play the international games. We should try to play the games at 1:00 p.m and use our advantage. Those players from Netherlands Antilles have been playing in Europe and are not used to the heat. Just like Bolivia use their altitude, we need to use our tropical weather. | |

| | | Yes, I agree with you in some degree...beside (Tiga) we have couple other young players who can play with International base players such as Alain Vubert, Leonel St-Pleure, also Frants Gilles his a good left wing...Concern Brunie case i think you right. Yes, it is slow his getting old. I don't know if you watched the game between French and Brazil in the World cup 2006 in Germany...That goal Thierry Henry score on Brazil, its because of Roberto Carlos he was to slow to stop him...I think you right because we need some fresh legs. I don't think the Coach going to selectioner him. Anyway, we have 3 games to play before June we'll see... | |

| | | Tiga is the best player in Haiti but he is not the only one....I like him very much but I think that some other players like Fritzson Jean Baptiste, Paulin Jean, Olrish Saurel and Occénat Peterson are good too...So lets form a young National team not an old one with players who cannot run anymore... | |

| | Guys, they are a lot of players in the haitian League who can play great soccer once they learn how to play basic soccer! which is by knowing when to pass, when to dribble, when to shoot and when to give an assist, short or long passes need nmajor improvements..and they need to do some strengh training, hit the Gym, please......... get theirselves fit !! Each player needs to have issue to him a description of his duty, to really understand his role on the field...

We as fans could see a great player but he may not be a good team mate so lets watch and see.
And most importantly keep supporting those guys.

| | | Yes i | i agree with you brother, but we are running out of time. We have to use the players who are playing overseas. Neg yo trop slow! nou pa capable rive aucun cote avec neg sa yo, condition physique yo pa en forme. yo pa ginyen repondongue! The guys in Haiti have to recognize that. The last time Haiti played Mexico in Azteca was in 1976 or 1977 before the world cup in Argentina, we had a great team and we got killed by 4 goals to nothing. In recent years, concacaf teams got humiliated in Mexico: they beat st vincent 6-0 , beat trinidad by 5-0. The guys in Haiti will not be able to compete. I am sorry guys, let's be realistic and let's not get embarass in National TV. Let's get the Johny Placide, Lescinel, Desmaret, Pierre Jn jacques, Peguero, Jaggy, Sony Norde, forget about those guys playing in Haiti. You guys will email me in the next six months to tell me that i was right. | |

| | | According to Eloi, the NA defense is very slow. Therefore, we should be able to do them what the U23 team of Mexico did to our Olympic team. Put them on their heils and attack them constantly and defend as a team. | |

| | Jude Bernard,
I am sorry but I have to disagree with you! While it is true that the foreign base players will make us better, we have quite a few players on the National team that can compete for their spot! The statement "guys in Haiti" is just too general. While some of our current players may not stand a chance, quite a few of them will bench the foreign based players. If everything works out the way Eloi wants it, the team will be made up of both local and foreign based team. Let's not forget that some of those names you mentioned were "made in Haiti" and we have many more that just have not been discovered! | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off Points Per Thread View: 2.00 Points Per Thread: 15.00 Points Per Reply: 5.00
