Fhf, Our Shame

Why are we considering JNbAR AS THE HEAD OF FOOTBALL IN HAITI? I am really sorry to have such leaders in Haitian football. Ever since I know myself I have been hearing the same old names in haitian football. For what? they keep failing the dream of the people yet they are still in control. Is there anyone that can bring some change to this foolishness. What about parliement? Shouldn't they take a stand about football in the country? It is part of the country's budget. We cannot keep those guys in office just to reinforce our shame. They must mean something to the dignity of the people. As far as I am conserned the JN BAR TEAM REPRESENT OUR SHAME, not our game.So the country must dispose of them. You have a game you only know of the cost just day before the game!!!!!!!this is the must abserve blabla I have ever heard.Trust me, it hurts to see such level of mediocrity in Haitian football administartion. Please give us a chance, just resign Mr Jn Bar together with your team.

FHF ,our shame ,not our game!!!!!!!!!

DUDE
I will say it again and again.
Balladeur, you can see what I am saying here. It is clear and obvious that the problem with our football is nothing but leadership. Only a fool will not see that and only a people in servitude will accept it.
We must check out the merit of any one before we apoint them to a job. I love football I know we have the talent, but we cannot make it to nothing serious evn whn we manage to reach far it is likely that a blunder is going to take place. Soyons serieux
I love Haiti, I would serve Haiti in Due time. But I have no interest in a man's job. I am selfemployed. I am a music producer but also a writer an analyst . I could not remain silent when we consider that the federation did not know how much the stadium in Florida was going to cost. I heard from Jmaican radio when the president of the JFF president said that the game was not going to hold through because Haiti did not pay its part. Now what does that mean for me as a citizen of Haiti, who love my country and wish to see it progress.
We cannot remain in this lingering zone at the concious pleasure of incompetent leaders such as the current ones in FHF. This the reality, let us face it. This is not about pointing fingers, this is about being realistic and vocal.
I share my music with you: MySpace.com - Louinel Jean/ J Project - - Reggae / Fusion - www.myspace.com/louineljeanjproject
This is why Haiti is considred poor, failure of leadership. Lack of competence for development. and this is what is hapening to our footbal as well. This is a clear rational in case anyone would want me to provide one.
If anyone is afraid of fiinger pointing he or she should refrain from leadership. Everything rises and falls on leadership. In case you did not know.
"Located just 600 miles southeast of the coast of Florida, Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and is the only country in the hemisphere to be classified by the United Nations as a "Least Developed Country". Haiti's poor economic performance reflects political instability, inappropriate economic policies, pervasive corruption and inefficiency in the public sector, and lack of investment in physical and human capital. The developmental challenges facing Haiti remain daunting. Haiti's physical infrastructure is poor (e.g., roads are inadequate and deteriorating), and basic services (e.g., power, water, and telecommunications) are frequently unavailable."

icmnloui,
I understand you want to hold the leadership accountable. like you said, Haiti one the poorest if not the poorest nation in the western hemisphere why would anybody hold on to job like that? I guess it must be those imaginary funds that organization is getting. Im also frustrated by this situation with our national team. Merit or not I don't see anybody who can succeed under those conditions you outlined. I think these guys are over reaching they bitting more than they chew sometimes.... they need help not put down.

Balla
When you need help in leadership what do you do? you seek help!
The federation does not seek help.I would be more than willing to help with money but there is no such initiative from the federation to collect money. We are more passionate about football than the federation itself. Haitians all over the world would help to raise funds for the federation, but no leadership, no initiative. This is the truth. yes the truth right here. When a country is poor is not money that cause it it is irresponsible leadership that cause. IF WE CANNOT BLAME THE SITUATION OF INFRAHUMANE POVERTY IN HAITI ON LEADERSHIP THAN TELL ME WHO SHOULD WE QUESTION?

I understand your point my friend now understand mine. I was listening to interview given by Dadou Jn Ba where he went to goverment, to different companies in Haiti to prove to them it can only benifit us as nation if show a positive image of ourself through sports(football) only to have counterproductive induviduals who claim to love the sport go behind the FHF and say these guys are thieves don't trust them with anything. Tell me now who stand to loose by this divisiveness the national team and ultimately us as a people....

I am willing to help $50,100,200 How do I go about doing that. I think one of the board members suggested Paypal we would need member(S) of the federation to explain to us how that would work.

you wrote "Hey Danm guy if you have $ 50,100.200 you can own the Haitian National Team and you can build at least one stadium with a capacity of 40.000 sits." WE DON'T NEED TO SEND HATIAN LIKE ME TO HELL, WE NEED TO EMBRACE THEM. I AM IN TOUCH WITH REALITY NOT ILLUSION. IT IS MY WISH TO INVEST THAT MUCH IN MY COUNTRY IN CASE YOU DID NOT KNOW. WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IF TOMORROW I MAKE MEANINGFULL DONATION TO FOOTBALL IN HAITI. I AM LOOKING AT LEADERSHIP,THAT IS ALL IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT LAY BESIDE IT. WE NEED TO HOLD OUR LEADERS ACCOUNTABLE OTHERWISE MAY BE YOU SHOULD GO TO HELL WITH YOUR SOUTH AFRICA DREAM. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO TO SA WITHOUT PREPARATION AND MEANINGFUL PREPARATION MEAN LEANDERSHIP.
I KNOW IT EVERY BODY WHO QUESTIONS THE POTENCY OF LEADERSHIP IN HAITI DESERVES TO DIE. I SAID WHAT ISAID AT MY OWN PERIL. I UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THAT. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU ARE COMMING TO GET ME PLEASE, BUT I WON'T BE QUIET SOON.
GOD BLESS YOU
