Haitian football

We should understand that our country is almost dead so it's not a part of our system but
the system itself. When you hear the champion of Haiti being beaten by teams from curacao and US virgen island you get an idea of the situation. I would say we need some changes but who would replace who, as panoramix said we do not have credible people there anymore for the job

The first thing we need to do is to stop this illusion of superiority to the smaller island. From the near defeat of the Senior NT by surinam to Haiti's current champion being routed out by St Vincent and US Virgin Island club teams, it's been proven on the field that Haitian Football is at a very low level.
As of right now, a player from the US Virgin Island has a better chance at getting an international contract than our supposedly superior and talented Haitian players. This time there's no Carlo Marcelin around to blame our failure on. The poor guy was right when he requested foreign based players.
BTW: I lost 8 million points in V-bookie with the loss against Positive Vibes. The odds were 20:1, I would have gained 160 million points.

So, That is why I more skeptical if Cuba, Martinique & Surinam's is better than us .... .. they are better than the Haitian players playing domestically but they are not better than our Haitian Foreign base player

But we don't have enough Quality foreign based players to make a team:
JP Peguero (Injured)
Pierre Jean-Jacques
Fabrice Noel
Josue Mayard
Stephane Guillaume and
Jamil Jean-Jacques
Combined with proven local players like: Allexandre Boucicot and Bruny Pierre-Richard that still doesn't make a team.
Those are the only foreign based Haitian NT player that has proven themselves recently. The college , 3rd division teams or reserve team players playing abroad will not help much. They might actually make things worst.
The fact that Aigle Noir got defeated by a US Virgin Island team proves that Haiti's first division is far below caribbean standard. I'm now 100% convinced that we should follow FIFA's recommendation and drop to 10 teams in the first division.
If our champion can't defeat a USVI club team, then the last 6 teams on the 1st division table are totally worthless.

I'm going to try my french, I'm very rusty.
2 Possibilites:
