Midfielder Otman Bakkal has signed a new contract with PSV Eindhoven.
The 23-year-old, who scored eight goals in 31 Eredivisie games last season, is contracted to stay at the Phillips Stadion until 2012.
He told the club's official website,
PSV "I am delighted to sign a contract extension on improved terms. I am happy and my confidence has never been higher."
Roda JC have confirmed that they will sign Ruud Vormer on a four-year contract, after the 20-year-old midfielder became a free agent having not been offered a new deal by his former club AZ Alkmaar.
AZ Alkmaar goalkeeper Joey Didulica wants a move to Salzburg, to join up with former AZ coach Co Adriaanse.
He and fellow goalkeeper Boy Waterman have tired of being behind Argentinean Sergio Romero in the pecking order, and both are now seeking a move away from the DSB Stadion.
Didulica told De Telegraaf: "I have a good name in Austria. It is the same for me as for Boy - I don't want to play second fiddle."
Heracles Almelo defender Marnix Smit has agreed terms on a one-year contract extension.
Heerenveen have signed Haiti international Lesley Fellinga from Dutch second division club BV Veendam.
