Football/Soccer - Former Haitian Coach want the job back..Luis Amerio Garcia

Sorry brother this guy knows more than anyone we have now in Haiti and he had shown that He put our NT between the best 65 of the world no haitian's trainer could do that. When he got the team even Dominican republic we could not beat but he yes got the Caribbean cup. Please someone tell me who else did it? When was the last time Haiti got a title before he came. We haitian must know what is forgiveness, after Pionteck Armelio Garcia is the best trainer our selection had known. if he offers to come it's still time to accept him, he is not an aprenti but a trainer. How far you think we will reach with the one we have now when you can't beat the easiest team of the group at home? you may think Haiti is going to beat Salvador I predict a 0 - 3. How much games Eloi had won and loose as coach? Where is Haiti now on Fifa ranking list? Compare all those points before you post brother.

If this is true, there's no doubt. Take Amelio back please.
Eloi can go play striker for us for the 2nd half, Amelio can be the coach.

Amelio worked with the local player and made us the strongest team in the Caribean and one of the most challenging in the Concacaf. He used all the resouces that we had in Haiti, he didn't even have all the time that this new coach had, with all these international players. In addition, Amelio Garcia knows well the region's football. I am 100% for an actual return of this fantastic coach.

wow guys, this is a very HARD decision for anyone at this time. Garcia left us hanging at a very crucial time, he gave up on us when we needed him the most. Can we forgive him? Yes we can. The question is, is it worth it at this point? We have pros and cons on that:
PROS
1.Garcia already know most of our players.
2. He also know and understand the Caribbean/Concacaf region better than Eloi who is more used to the European soccer.
3.He can become the head coach and Eloi could be his assistant or Eloi can even start playing again for us like Pano suggested. We can finally count on an experience striker to do the job and help us scoring.
4.The public and players still respect and greatly believe in Garcia, thus that will be a big moral boost for everyone. Believe me guys, Costa Rica, Suriname, and Salvador will be scared of us if they know that Garcia is back coaching the NT.
CONS:
1. If we take him back, the first question will be if we can believe him this time? we all KNOW at this time that we CANNOT count of the FHF. Nothing has change in the Federation since Garcia left, which means that the reasons he left the team are still there. He might still not be able to get what he wants from the Federation.
2. I understand that we love Garcia but be realistic guys. Are we gonna tell Eloi to hit the road simply because Garcia wants the post back. Eloi did not give us the expected results but he put his heart in helping this team. Should he be blame if our strikers cannot score?
3.If Garcia is back, he will only have a few weeks to put the team back on track. We will have to start a new preparation for the team around Garcia needs meaning we might end up changing the plans that we have for the team already.
Well, you guys think about those points and see if its worth it. Let us just hope that the Federation and coaches will do whatever is BEST for our homeland for once. Good luck Haiti, I am still behoind you regardless who the coach is...

I do not question his love for Haiti or his coaching ability, but coaching a team is more than teaching the game, it is also establishing trust with the Federation, the players and the public. You can not renew a relationship with somebody that you can not trust. He proved that he is a good coach; he also proved that he is a person that can not be trusted because of the way that he left the team. He is also very disrecpecfull; he has no right to criticize the coaching staff who is working hard with the NT while he cowardly abandonned the team. However, if Eloi wants to hire him as an assistant coach, it is up to him. Nobody in his right mind would rehire a person who betrayed him in the past to the same position. Nothing changes before he left the team. I do not understand why he is thinking about coming back.
